The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is seeking an individual to join our team as an Office & Admin Specialist Sr for our Community Preparation Services at our St. Peter location. The Office & Administrative Specialist, Senior provides technical program and administrative support services for the Minnesota Sex Offender Program Assistant Director, Operations Manager and other areas within the program as assigned. The Office & Administrative Support Specialist, Sr. will collect, process, and distribute information, facilitate, and coordinate meetings, prepare, and develop policies, post orders, job coach modules, manage facility data workflows, research, and respond to issues that may have no immediate solutions within established procedures and guidelines. Responsibilities Include: • Providing administrative support which includes scheduling and preparing meetings with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing quarterly client meeting schedules, distributing meeting materials, and maintaining awareness of pending deadlines and events • Serving as the primary Community Preparation Services contact for facility tours, routing information requests, and accurately responding to stakeholder requests within established deadlines • Creating, obtaining, maintaining, and distributing facility operations and security records and documents. • Participating in routine and special projects including designing and maintaining databases, coordinating database management, and completing reports


_Customer Service skills sufficient to provide courteous and accurate information to client, staff and other stakeholders over the phone, in person and via email
_Data Entry Performance create database records and update entries in a timely manner
_Database, Documents, and Records Management locate, update, retrieve and maintain accurate information
_English Language read and write correspondence to clients, staff, and other stakeholders with proper grammar and accurate spelling and punctuation; speak effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders
_Spreadsheets develop and modify basic spreadsheets and to sort and extract data accurately and efficiently
_Typing/Keyboarding complete a variety of reports, letters, forms, data summaries, and meeting minutes;
_Word Processing develop, format, and modify a variety of correspondence, records, charts, reports and forms.
